1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the rrr777 platform in any capacity.

• "Wallet" refers to the PHP-denominated balance held within a player's rrr777 account.
• "Bonus Wallet" refers to the separate balance reflecting promotional bonus funds credited to a player's account, subject to wagering requirements.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for regulating gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "Services" refers collectively to all gaming products, payment facilities, customer support channels, and other features made available through rrr777.

2. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and rrr777. By completing the registration process, accessing the rrr777 platform, or placing any bet or wager on any game or event offered through rrr777, you irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules applicable to specific games or promotions.

If you are accessing rrr777 on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that person to these Terms. In all cases, both you and the person you represent will be jointly liable for compliance.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered rrr777 account. Creating, controlling, or operating more than one account — whether under your own identity or that of another person — is strictly prohibited. rrr777 uses device fingerprinting, IP analysis, payment method matching, and KYC document cross-referencing to detect duplicate accounts. All accounts found to be duplicates may be suspended, and balances across all associated accounts may be forfeited at rrr777's sole discretion.

3.3 Registration Requirements

To register an rrr777 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal name, valid Philippine mobile number or email address, date of birth, and any other information requested during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and for notifying rrr777 promptly of any changes.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rrr777 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. rrr777 will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify rrr777 customer support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

3.5 Prohibited Persons

The following individuals may not register for or use rrr777 under any circumstances: (a) persons under 21 years of age; (b) persons located in or accessing rrr777 from a Prohibited Territory; (c) employees, contractors, consultants, directors, or officers of rrr777 or its affiliated entities, and their immediate family members; (d) persons who have been voluntarily or involuntarily self-excluded from rrr777 or any PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform during the period of exclusion.

4. Account Verification (Know Your Customer)

rrr777 is legally required to conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification on all accounts before processing withdrawals. KYC is also required when an account triggers internal risk thresholds related to deposit volume, bet patterns, or identity inconsistencies.

To complete KYC, you will be required to submit:

• A clear photograph or scan of a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID. Accepted documents include: PhilSys National ID, Philippine Passport, Driver's Licence, SSS ID, GSIS ID, PRC ID, or Voter's ID.
• A selfie photograph holding your ID, where requested.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

rrr777 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and select cryptocurrency methods. The minimum deposit is ₱50. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos. Deposits are credited to your rrr777 Wallet upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. rrr777 does not charge deposit processing fees, though third-party payment providers may apply their own charges.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted by players who have completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱50. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name — rrr777 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15–30 minutes during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals to BDO, BPI, and Metrobank typically complete within 1–2 Philippine banking business days.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

rrr777 reserves the right to require additional verification prior to processing a withdrawal if the withdrawal amount is significantly higher than typical deposit activity, if the account has not previously completed a winning wager cycle, or if internal compliance flags have been raised. Withdrawals involving bonus funds are subject to the rollover requirements described in Section 6.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

rrr777 complies with Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended. rrr777 is required to report certain transactions and suspicious activities to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) and PAGCOR. All players must use payment methods registered in their own name. Any attempt to use rrr777 for money laundering, structuring, or any other financially illicit purpose will result in immediate account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

rrr777 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players. All promotions are subject to individual bonus terms and conditions published on the Promotions page at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail for the relevant promotion.

6.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are credited to the Bonus Wallet and cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering (rollover) requirements have been satisfied.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount must be bet through eligible games before the resulting winnings may be withdrawn.
• Different game types contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live dealer games and table games may contribute a lower percentage. Specific contribution rates are published in each individual bonus's terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. If wagering requirements are not completed before expiry, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

Any player found to be abusing the rrr777 bonus system — including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing low-risk arbitrage bets to clear wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to exploit promotions — will have their bonus and associated winnings forfeited and may have their account permanently suspended. rrr777 uses automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse patterns.

7. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

All games available on rrr777 operate according to their published rules. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing bets. Placing a bet constitutes acknowledgement and acceptance of the applicable game rules.

7.1 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rrr777 platform:

• Using automated bots, scripts, macros, or any third-party software designed to interact with rrr777 games without human input.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in rrr777's platform to gain an advantage. Any such errors must be reported to support immediately; winnings derived from exploiting errors may be voided.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in multiplayer formats.
• Using any form of artificial intelligence or prediction system in connection with live dealer games.
• Attempting to circumvent rrr777's security measures, including geolocation restrictions, device fingerprinting, or identity verification systems.

7.2 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction — whether affecting the rrr777 platform, a game provider's server, or a live dealer feed — rrr777 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' Wallets. This includes situations where a malfunction causes an incorrectly displayed outcome. The principle of "malfunction voids all pays" applies where technically appropriate and consistent with the game provider's published rules.

8. Responsible Gaming

rrr777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we provide a range of tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

rrr777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Chargebacks initiated against deposits made to rrr777.
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of game errors.
• Failure to comply with a KYC document request within the stipulated timeframe.
• Instruction from PAGCOR or any law enforcement authority.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a Terms violation, rrr777 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where no violation is ultimately confirmed, the balance will be returned to the player via the registered payment method. Bonus Wallet balances are forfeited upon account closure in all circumstances.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the rrr777 platform — including but not limited to the rrr777 brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, software, text, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of rrr777 or its licensed suppliers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the rrr777 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or commercially exploit any rrr777 content without prior written authorisation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, rrr777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the rrr777 platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes; interruption of service due to technical issues beyond rrr777's reasonable control; delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers; or loss of data.

rrr777's aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player to rrr777 in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rrr777's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by rrr777's negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

rrr777 collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using rrr777, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy, including: collection of registration and KYC data; transaction and gaming activity records; device and technical data used for fraud prevention and security; and sharing with PAGCOR, AMLC, and law enforcement as required by Philippine law.

13. Amendments to These Terms

rrr777 may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, rrr777 will notify registered players via email, in-platform notification, or a prominent notice on the rrr777 website. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of rrr777 after that date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using rrr777 and may request account closure and withdrawal of your available balance by contacting customer support prior to the effective date of the changes.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations and the provisions of the Civil Code of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and rrr777, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through rrr777's customer support escalation process. If resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute may be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism for regulated gaming platforms. Any dispute not resolved through the foregoing process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
